R+E Automation Technology GmbH now part of OPTIMA

The company R+E Automation Technology has become part of the Optima packaging group (Schwäbisch Hall, Germany) on July 1st. The more than 30 employees will further be acting independently, with the same management. The company’s product portfolio includes assembly machines and lines for medical engineering and pharmacy, for example for the assembly of syringes.

„We have been observing this interesting company already for a while“, explains Hans Bühler, Chief Executive Officer of Optima. “We are pleased that R+E now belongs to the Optima family and that we could welcome the first delegation in Schwaebisch Hall on July 5th. Important for Mr. Bühler is to get to know each other and to exchange information. The R+E product portfolio could be interesting for instance for a cooperation with the divisions Optima Pharma and Optima Life Science. The most important resource are the employees. A warm welcome, with unchanged contract conditions, is ensured.
